All bookings submitted through our website are securely sent to our company’s inbox.
If you pay online, Stripe or other provider securely processes your payment details — we do not store or have access to your full card number.
Your data is stored in our booking records and email system for communication and legal compliance.

Cash on pickup or Card on pickup – processed directly by the driver; no data stored online.
Stripe (online payment) – processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Transfers Poland does not store or have access to your full card details.
6. Who we share your data with
We only share your personal data when necessary to provide our services:
Drivers and trusted transport partners to perform your booked journey
Payment processor (Stripe) for handling online payments
Analytics and security providers (Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA if enabled)
We do not sell or trade personal data.
7. How long we retain your data
Booking and invoicing data: 5 years (required by Polish tax and accounting law)
General inquiries and correspondence: 12 months after last contact
Analytics data: according to Google’s retention policy (typically 26 months)
